Guidelines for Nordic Walking:
Walk with a regular walking rhythm.
Increase the stride.
Add the poles using a natural arm swing.
Keep the poles diagonally backwards.
Finish the arm swing with a full elbow extension
and open hand.

your own Nordic Walking rhythm. Remember, a correct technique is
important to achieve the full benefits.
